Warning to Husbands!

Of course Kendra Scott is a great place, but it’s so popular that during peak times, they cannot possibly serve the customer in a timely fashion. Not blaming staff, but I had a return (they don’t allow refunds). I didn’t see any chance someone could actually acknowledge me, let alone process a return for store credit. I understand that there’s a certain appeal to waiting for the exact piece of jewelry that you want. But they need to step it up for those who don’t want that wonderful customizable experience.
